The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
1. Prices
All prices are in euros and include Portuguese VAT.
Shipping costs are added to the product price and can be viewed here. Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Bank Transfer
If you select bank transfer as your payment method, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and ship the goods after payment has been received.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. You must be registered with PayPal or register first, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Credit Card
You can conveniently pay for your order by credit card. Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe.
3. Damage in Transit
If goods are delivered with obvious damage in transit, please report such damage to the delivery driver as soon as possible and contact us. Fonte Penedo is not responsible for damage to products that occurs during shipping.
4. Limitation of Liability
All information on this website has been carefully researched and compiled to the best of our knowledge and belief.
Essential oils are highly concentrated substances that can also cause side effects and contraindications. All application examples mentioned for essential oils and hydrosols are for informational purposes only. In case of illness, they do not replace a visit to a doctor or naturopath.
If no improvement or a worsening of your condition occurs when using essential oils or hydrosols, discontinue use and consult your doctor or naturopath.
5. Jurisdiction
All purchases in the Fonte Penedo online shop are subject to Portuguese law. Any disputes or disagreements relating to these General Terms and Conditions will be submitted to a competent court in Portugal.
